WCS Cambodia studies endangered Royal Turtles PHNOM PENH: The Wildlife Conservation Society (WCS) Cambodia and the Fisheries Administration have handed over 15 nearly extinct Royal Turtles to a research institute for biological study and breeding, a conservationist said on Saturday.
